We're hiring Digital Creatives

After another year of our usual diverse work – which included 2 screen projects for Channel 4, data visualisation projects for the Open University, IPTV prototypes for Channel 4 and the BBC (Radio 1, Graham Norton Show, Dragons’ Den) and not forgetting our recent touch-table work for Salford University – we want to expand our creative muscle.

We’re looking for creative digital designers to join the Stardotstar team. The successful applicant(s) will demonstrate fresh, exciting and dynamic work, brilliant typography, creative that demonstrates original thought, and strong user-focused design.

Senior Digital Creative
You’ll create outstanding creative conceptual approaches as well as great design. That’s a given – but you’ll also be a user experience and interface obsessive to make the frustratingly complex delightfully simple. If you can tick-box a majority of the key skills below…

  • Formats and Concepts – define the big concept picture.
  • Understanding and defining the creative problem or user need that needs solving.
  • Conceptual and visual development.
  • Developing user experience from concept to finished front end design.
  • ‘Work with’ collaborative approach with rest of the team, creative and coder.
  • UI and UX obsessive.
  • Technology and trends Aware (coding experience a bonus).
  • Articulate.
